✔ English 🇬🇧 I work with depression, anxiety disorders, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and emotional crises. I also have experience working with individuals struggling with phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD), psychosomatic issues, problems in interpersonal or familial relationships, career-related challenges, excessive stress, or those grieving. I provide both individual and couples therapy. I graduated from the University of Lodz with a degree in psychology. I am currently undergoing training in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Academy of Motivation and Education in Warsaw. I am a member of the Polish Society for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy. I have completed the Basic Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Course, Solution-Focused Therapy Training, and a third-level behavioral therapy course. I have expanded my competencies through postgraduate studies in general and clinical speech therapy, as well as numerous specialized courses and training sessions. I work with both adults and children. I acquire knowledge about child and adolescent psychotherapy at the Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Center in Warsaw. In my practice, I draw from experiences gained in settings such as psychological and pedagogical counseling centers, primary and high schools, a center for crime prevention and victim support, and a foundation supporting traumatized children. I primarily utilize cognitive-behavioral techniques, motivational dialogue, third-wave cognitive-behavioral therapy methods, and psychoeducation in my work. I regularly undergo supervision to ensure the quality of my practice. Building a therapeutic relationship based on trust and acceptance is particularly important to me in therapy.
