✔ English 🇬🇧 I work with adults and adolescents experiencing challenges such as low mood, anxiety, low self-esteem, ADHD, stress, burnout, addictions, relationship difficulties, or the aftermath of trauma – as well as those simply seeking to better understand themselves. I’m a Counselling Psychologist with a professional doctorate from the University of Manchester, additional psychotherapy training, and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Liverpool. I have a particular interest in anxiety-related difficulties, emotional regulation, life with ADHD, and the psychological impact of migration and acculturative stress. I’m equally passionate about supporting clients in creating lives filled with meaning, value and fulfilment. I bring experience from a breadth of mental health services – including schools, charities, private practices, and both inpatient and outpatient NHS services for mental health crises and psychosis. I take a pluralistic approach to therapy – drawing on a range of evidence-based methods and tailoring each session to your unique needs. I work primarily with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and person-centred approaches – all grounded in strong scientific foundations. Above all, I aim to create a safe, welcoming and collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts and experiences with honesty and care. Because, as decades of research on the common factors in therapy shows, it is the quality of the relationship that most powerfully supports change and healing. I’d be delighted to meet you and support you, wherever you are in your journey. Wiek klientów: 15+
